The Carolina Property Plan team has been buying, fixing, and selling real estate for over 18 years. Jason the company founder began his career buying foreclosed homes and fixing them to live in before moving on to other projects while he lived in Chicago. His passion was realized by taking something old/discarded and making it come to life again. With a focus on bringing value to the home, the neighborhood, and those families who ultimately reside in the home. Today, Carolina Property Plan is serving the Rowan, Cabarrus, Gaston, and Lincoln County areas specializing in off-market deals. Jason lives with his wife Kathy, four children, (2) gecko’s, (2) Guinea Pigs, and one wonderful dog named Lulu.
